Utilizing martial arts tools we punch our way into fitness, working with different tool and equipments or just our own body. With over 18 years of i can help anyone improve their boxing skills. Kids, adults and ladies too! Everyone can improve their awereness and power. Working now for several gyms and taking care of clients one-on-one i will keep you moving and CRUSHING goals!
I have over 18 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay-Thai. I been in the ring for over 20 times which 6 has been professionaly.
I been coaching professionally for 5 years and currently this:

I like to get right to work. Throw the gloves in and throw punches. Slowly introduce exercises that will develop more strengh and speed. We do this while we perfect the punch with tips and techniques i will introduce and the student advances.
