About David
I have traveled throughout the U.S. to train with some of the biggest names in the sport of MMA, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have a passion to change others lives. I have been able to change my life in the journey of MMA and fitness. I started wrestling in high school. After high school I moved to Los Angeles and San Diego for ten years. I got to fight and compete. I fought a fight to conquer my greatest enemy: the inner me. The journey looking back has all helped me to overcome a lot of adversity. I have too much passion and a cherished journey, I must share it with others to help better their lives. "Life is all about balance."

I want to figure out their goals. I have a methodical approach to helping them achieve their desired level of fitness and knowledge in what they are trying to become more advanced in. I help them with stabilization and balance at first. Then I move on to more advanced methods to help them with expanding their abilities. It will only help them become more confident and able to face life with more boldness. They will be able to dig deep within themselves and find the ability to be stronger than they ever thought was possible.
