About Diondra
The story of many who grow to dislike math is that someone discouraged them while they were young. Sometimes what you need is the right encouragement and someone to cheer you along as you learn. My service teaches that its okay to struggle. It's okay to ask for help. But, it is not impossible.
I enjoy changing people's perspective towards math. When we don't do well in a certain field, we get discouraged and sometimes we don't try again. It's no help when educators aren't the support we need. I enjoy motivating people and helping them to understand math. Restoring them to believe that they can do it and encouraging them towards math careers
