I will ask students for specific questions on their learning needs. I will give them a progression of how they will achieve their goals. I will give them an approximate time required to complete their goals. My lessons will include visual contact through the internet, guided practice and finally practice individually. All practice individually will include answer keys for self correction.
I will give 3 final questions to assess understsnding.
High School and College.
The teacher should ask you specific questions about your understanding of the content you need to learn and give you a timeline, as well as a progression of learning.
The past year, teaching stoichiometry in Chemistry. Several students struggled with the concept and during individual learning time in class when the light went on for two of the students they said, " Swanson I got this!"
