I start by talking with the student and trying to figure out what they are struggling with. From this point I will help the student get organized and aid them in these topics they are struggling in. This could be aiding them on homework, teaching additional lessons to help them better understand, or preparing them for upcoming tests.
I have worked with mainly middle schoolers and elementary schoolers.
