About Laurel
Hello, I am a Florida certified teacher available for tutoring and assistance with distance learning/E-learning! I love working with all ages, and am confident with all subject areas. I strongly support educational creativity in collaboration with today's technology. I have just completed the school year as a distance learning elementary/middle school teacher, and have current and relevant knowledge of virtual resources and virtual E-learning content. I do, however, believe in life away from the computer and technology, and incorporate that into my teaching as well. I am available for summer work and have my own reliable transportation. I am also experienced with teaching remotely and have all the tools necessary for your child to be able to feel like their in a class I am ready, willing and able to guide you to success through hard work, along with organizational and study skills, while having some fun at the same time. Please contact me if I can provide you with any more information.
I enjoy working with all ages and all subject areas to assist students with gaining cofidence in their academic skills, while having lots of fun along the way! I enjoy creative and technological collaboration, and can't wait to work with you!
I am a Florida certified teacher who has previously in private, public, and charter schools. I am confident in all subject areas and most recently finished 3 months of distance learning/online learning. Therefore I am current with the latest trends, technology, and platforms used with today's students.

I always get to know my tutoring students with some icebreakers and have a conversation about how'd they'd like our tutoring sessions to be organized, and what they'd like to work for (special pencils, treats, etc). Then we assess what the student needs the most help in and then start tackling their areas needing improvement.
