About Caleb
I have years of experience tutoring for the MCAT, USMLE STEP, COMLEX, and various STEM fields in both individual and group settings. In those years I would take concepts difficult to grasp by students and have them come up with ways to better understand the topics while I acted as a guide on the side. I believe that science can be difficult to grasp when the material is just regurgitated again to students and by guiding them to discover their own strategies for learning, they will become more successful than just being told the information.
Hi, my name is Caleb and I am a current medical student that has six years of tutoring college courses in Biology, Chemistry, and Biochemistry as well as MCAT and Medical tutoring. I enjoy pushing students to unlock their full potential and yearn to see the excitement on their faces when they grasp a difficult concept such as molecular orbital theory or derivative concepts. For me, tutoring is all about finding what a student can relate to and how we can work together to utilize topics they are passionate about to understand topics that they do not fully comprehend.
