About Stuart
I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years helping clients reach their fitness goals and discover their true potential
I love helping my clients make positive changes in their life- whether it's losing weight, becoming more confident, building muscle or learning how to defend themselves!
I've always had a passion for helping people and I started by teaching my friends and family many of whom struggled with weight issues and teaching their fitness goals
10 years experience in many forms of exercise including: bodybuilding, powerlifting, boxing, martial arts etc.

The price system is $50/hr for one on one sessions and $30/hr each for groups of 2 or more. Initial consultation and fitness assessment is always free
