About Jason
I am an experienced martial arts practitioner and competitor, and an avid and dedicated teacher and coach of a large number of other active fighters. I have taught at many martial arts schools and have worked with everyone from the first timer, to the weekend warrior, to the world class fighter.
Currently in school to get my NASM certification, and I have actually trained and fought in sanctioned bouts in boxing, Muay Thai, and Low Kick rules Kickboxing, and in self-defense situations as a bouncer at a club in Atlanta.

The first session is always a general fitness assessment. How the assessment is conducted varies based on whether or not the client has any injuries old, new, or reoccurring, what the client's goals are, whether they be to train to be a competitive fighter, become as fit as a fighter, or just to improve their general fitness level. Once the initial assessment is complete, then I build a custom workout and diet plan based on data gathered from said assessment.
