About Jenn
Jenn (eRYT200/RYT500/YACEP) found a yoga + meditation practice as a life raft during a period of grief in her early 20’s. As her practice and life naturally changed, her yoga practice has transformed into a space to get to know herself more deeply with curiosity and compassion. She strives to hold this space for her students in class.
After completing her 200 hour training in 2018 with Red Lila School of Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland, she took over ownership of Eastern Shore Yoga in Easton, Maryland in early 2019 and worked with clients + businesses in the surrounding community for three years before closing up and moving to Arizona for a change of scenery + pace. She has completed her first 300 hour training with Arrow Yoga + Wicked Om Yoga in 2021 and is currently exploring modules in Awakening Yoga Academy’s 300 hour training as well as Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy’s Yoga Therapist program.
