*About me*
I am a yoga instructor, but above all, I am a person who found in this practice a way to sustain myself and inhabit life with greater strength and clarity. For me, yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a journey: like life itself; and learning the many parallels between the two has enriched me as a practitioner and as a person.
My journey as a teacher was born from a desire to share the countless benefits that transformed my own life. I firmly believe that if more people embraced yoga, the world would be a more habitable place, and life would be more bearable.

*About my way*
My approach is based on offering a lively, free, and conscious yoga. I don't follow a rigid method, repeat sequences, or impose forms. I design each class as a unique experience, so each person can explore their practice intuitively and safely.
I like to observe, perceive, and adapt. I move with each practitioner differently, because each brings a unique body, a unique history, and a unique way of receiving. Sometimes I accompany with words, other times with tact or a direct question. I combine elements of Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and Ashtanga, pranayama, writing, and philosophy. Sometimes we work fluidly, other times with pause. Sometimes with carefully chosen music, other times in silence. Each class is different because each practitioner and each day are different.
I especially enjoy accompanying those who are taking their first steps, because I love seeing that genuine surprise, when they discover that yoga is not something distant or difficult, but a close, accessible, and deeply transformative path.
