About Rebecca
I began teaching yoga in 2012 and quickly transitioned into yoga therapy. It is my passion to help people feel better in their bodies. I have worked with a wide variety of clients of all ages, conditions and abilities. Due to my own struggles with anxiety and Rheumatoid Arthritis, mental health and autoimmune conditions are near and dear to my heart.

My style is stop, drop and yoga. I like to give my clients tools for their toolbox that they can incorporate into their daily routine. Yoga must be approachable and accessible for it to make a last impact.
