About Brian
The whiteboard markers squeak against the surface as we map out complex metabolic pathways together. My journey began with a 520 plus MCAT score and led through the halls of Harvard Medical School where I refined my analytical lens.
After 6 years of coaching students through lab report writing, microbiology, cell biology, enzymes and metabolism, the nervous system, molecular biology, and homeostasis, I have mentored 115 students. I translate dense biological systems into clear, actionable mechanisms that stick. You will find that I prioritize understanding the logic of life over simple recall.

Your first session begins by identifying the specific biological processes that cause you the most confusion. This initial meeting allows me to assess your foundational knowledge before we move into 9 minute segments of targeted review and application. My 6 years of experience ensures that even the most obscure topics like enzyme kinetics or cellular signaling become predictable. I utilize the same diagnostic approach that carried me through my own medical training to ensure your success.
We will work systematically through your coursework until you feel entirely capable of handling the material. I look forward to supporting your progress as you work toward your goals.
