About Hayden
I believe private tutoring and mentorship is one of the greatest ways to accelerate growth. I've held over 1000 hours of private tutoring sessions with over 100 5-star reviews on other platforms. In my professional career, I spent 4 years working for a Web Design Studio where I was promoted from Web Designer to Project Manager and finally to Technical Director. There I worked with hundreds of clients to improve their online marketing mainly through building websites. Before that, I worked in QA for one of the largest startups for supplying AI training in the world as one of their first 50 employees. I'm also a certified ski instructor and love to get outdoors. For education, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Sonoma State University and I'm a Certified Scrum Master.

I take a goal-centric approach to tutoring, focusing on what a student wants to learn, how they learn best, and how they want to apply their skills. I've taught professionals with years of experience to debug complex projects and helped middle schoolers write their first line of code, adding new ways of teaching to my toolkit so I can cater my instruction beyond a cookie-cutter lesson.
