Had great experience with Amandeep. He knows how to push and motivate you. His workout focus on all muscles and also on body flexibility. He is very knowledgeable instructor and best thing is he explain every exercise in detail and focus on every individual.
Aman teaches like a friend which gives immense exposure to open and learn core techniques.
Amazing coach, he teaches his students effortlessly.
He is an amazing teacher, he can teach from a very basic level to advance level. The main thing is the ease which he teaches and thats what i like most about him.
