About Irina
Having a background in Applied Math and Computer Science, I worked in Software Development for many years. Teaching Math and preparing students for Math competitions of all levels is my another passion.
I have been preparing students of all edges to a variety of Math Olympiads and contests.

I use individual approach to each student depending on their personal abilities, preferences and skills.
Some kids learn better using certain technics step by step and going deeply into details. Other ones use mostly their intuition and general understanding of problems to be solved.
My goal as a teacher and a coach is to find what would work best in each particular case.
