About Mary-Anne
I am an Engineering student who also owns a tutoring company which has been running for 3 years and I have been providing tutoring lessons for maths and physics to students who are struggling or who want to improve their marks. On an average my students improve with 15% and higher within the first term of us working, but this is also dependent on what a student does at home after the lessons. I will give you homework, make you write tests and mostly MOTIVATE YOU to believe in yourself because you can only accomplish something if you believe you actually can.

I assist High School students in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Financial math, Calculus, Patters/Series and sequence and other relating topics. I usually first examine a student by giving them work and see their method of approach and evaluate their understanding then I work according to that as students are different so I don't have one method of tutoring. My biggest thing is encouraging the learners and making them believe in themselves and believe they can do anything they set their mind to because once they believe they can be good in maths, their results will show. I will also be uploading videos on youtube or make personal videos for a student to assist them in their journey.
