About Rosie
I am approaching the final year of my biomedical science degree at the University of Birmingham and am keen to spread my knowledge and passion for biology. From studying human biology beyond sixth form, I have a solid understanding of A Level and GCSE concepts that I am keen to share with current students to help them reach their goals. Whether that is to pass your GCSE science or to push into the next A Level grade boundary, I will support you however you need. Achieving an A in OCR A A Level biology and a 9 in AQA GCSE biology, I understand effective revision methods and exam technique.

My attentive and personalised approach to tutoring will allow us to work on specific topics and subtopics that you are struggling with. We will discuss topics of concern before a lesson and I will come prepared to teach you exactly what you need. We will discuss whether you are a visual or auditory learner to ensure you are being taught in the most effective way. For visual learners I will prepare diagrams and use whiteboards to explain challenging concepts, and for auditory learners I will follow a lecture or discussion based lesson to fit your needs. Lesson length will depend on how much you would like to learn but they will not exceed 1.5 hours so that focus doesn't slip. The lessons are aimed at GCSE and A Level students who are looking for some extra support to achieve their grades.
