About Hannah
I have been assisting with essays since 2013. My peers regularly as me for essay guidance and I wrote a number of personal statements for my friends in school while we applied for university. I am able to write to a very high standard grammatically but have found that it is far more important that one writes clearly.
The student whom I last tutored was resitting Higher level English. She went from a C in her fifth year exam to happily achieving a well-deserved A grade in her 6th year resit. Her poems concerned Andrew Marvell's metaphysical work, namely To His Coy Mistress. She is now studying for an accounting degree. This is my only experience with a student thus far.

I am able to give lessons to standard grade, higher and advanced higher level students in humanities and language subjects.
My lesson structure is exam-prep focused guidance. Hoping to use my exam tricks to get you up to an A! i have found in my own experience of sitting exams in school was to write your essay in a way that allows a marker to check the boxes.
So, a piece of knowledge followed by three pieces of relevant analysis for an exam like history or modern studies. There should be four 'KAAA' paragraphs, all answering the question and leading to a conclusion. Once this structure is understood, I would be surprised to see it fail to achieve a pass (hopefully an A, though!).
