About Abigail
Hi, I'm Abigail/Abby and I am a fine arts student (BFA candidate)! I have been working in the arts for almost 10 years, and have been painting for 7! I initially learned to oil paint, then acrylic and gouache.
My work has been exhibited in several shows over the past few years, the most recent being a show back at my arts magnet high school. I regularly go back there to interact with the current students, share my process, and learn how I can help them. I am always interested in cultivating the arts in young people!!!! Creativity makes the world go 'round!

We will begin by looking at the student's past work and use those as a jumping point. We can work on something specific upon request, or focus on overall improvement. Technique will be taught first, but most everything else can be student preference, with guidance. No skill level required!
When it comes to critique, my structure is 'PQP' - Praise, Question, Polish. I'll speak on what's great about the work, I'll pose a question, and I'll then offer constructive criticism.
