Generally I have an inclusive environment where I encourage students to read course materials at their own leisure and support critical thinking towards assessments as well as problem solving. Students have multiple chances to solve problems with some guidance from myself. I don’t give them direct answers but guide students towards them to find the correct answers themselves.
