About Shruti
I am a second year Philosophy student at Hindu College, Delhi University. I am involved in fitness and well-being for about 5 years now. It starts with me losing 15 kgs and curing my Asthama, PCOD and migraine issues. I aspire to pass on my knowledge and create awareness and education among young girls to take there health seriously and love themselves.
