About Mira
I'm Mira, who have worked as a freelance yoga personal trainer for about 6 months. I have specialized in yoga in both my B. P. Ed and Mpes degree. Yoga is not about showing extreme flexibility or strength or holding a difficult looking posture , it is all bout doing things that makes our body relax, fit and energies at the same time. Yoga is for everyone regardless of the shape, size, age or economic conditions.

A yoga session which is specifically designed to match the level and the need of a person is what makes a personal yoga session different.
