Former dancer with Melbourne City Ballet Company and recently finished my Teacher Training study through Power Living studios. I have years of experience teaching all ages of dance and now developing my skill and knowledge into teaching Yoga. I'm patient, adaptable and always up for constructive feedback.

I hope to inspire, energize and impact your day through the power of Yoga/Meditation. My life has always been GO GO GO! But I've realized now that you need to take time for yourself to breathe and reflect. I would plan my class differently depending on the overall vibe of the class. I'd take in consideration the mood, energy and overall flow of the Yogi's and construct my classes around YOU.
