About Ari
I'm a register USA boxing coach with seven years of boxing experience and five years of coaching experience. I have competed in the amateurs myself and have coached other fighters competing in the amateurs. I have also coached and helped others just looking to get in shape and looking for a fun new workout to switch up their routine. I'm here to tailor the experience to exactly what you're looking to gain from a boxing workout.

I offer training for beginners, amateur competitors and people just looking for a new exercise. Each training session will usually contain Mitt work, shadow boxing, footwork and strength & conditioning. Students will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises. Each class will be tailored to the needs of the individual, depending on their goals an experience they want from coaching. As your capabilities and fitness increases, so will the level of the class to ensure you're always improving . I also aim to make this a fun low risk environment where you feel comfortable and excided to come out each class.
