I teach by building confidence in students, and with encouragement and patience. My own knowledge was built on simply reading books I enjoyed and being able to pick out stacks of books from the library. I was allowed and encouraged to copy styles I enjoyed and eventually found my own voice. My goal for the student I teach is that they find their written voice as well.
