About Zelie
I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience helping students explore molecular structures and bonding. I hold a BSc in Food Chemistry, which strengthened my understanding of chemical interactions and molecular behavior. My goal is to make complex chemistry ideas clear and engaging. Visualization is a powerful tool.
To support learning, I use molecular modeling software and virtual reality simulations. These tools allow students to explore molecular geometry and bonding theories in three dimensions. Molecules can be rotated and studied closely. It transforms how students learn chemistry.
I’m particularly passionate about topics such as VSEPR theory, hybridization, and intermolecular forces. These ideas explain how molecules take shape and interact with each other. They are key concepts in understanding chemistry.
One of my strengths is helping students visualize complex molecular arrangements and predict chemical outcomes. Difficult ideas become manageable. Let’s explore chemistry together and experience molecules in a new dimension.

My Chemistry teaching approach focuses on helping students understand concepts through visualization and clear explanations. Lessons begin with atomic structure and how electrons are arranged around the nucleus. These tiny particles determine how atoms behave. Understanding them makes chemistry easier.
Students then learn about chemical bonding and how atoms combine to form molecules. Ionic, covalent, and metallic bonds are explained with visual examples. Molecular geometry is also explored. The shapes of molecules help explain their properties.
Periodic table trends are another key part of learning. Concepts such as electronegativity, atomic radius, and ionization energy are explained through patterns across the table. These patterns help students predict chemical reactions.
Active visualization guides the entire learning process. Diagrams and models make complex structures easier to understand. Support is always provided to students interested in science, medicine, and understanding nature. Confidence grows with practice. Together we build a clear understanding of the building blocks of matter.
