About Johanna
I am an enthusiastic English tutor, willing to work with you to achieve the grade you want. I have experience of English exams up to an Advanced Higher level (equivalent to A level), where I achieved an A* grade, as well as having completed an undergraduate degree (1:1) and a Masters in English. This has given me a love for the subject and a keenness to share what I know with others.

My style of teaching depends very much on your individual needs; if you are working towards a specific exam, I am happy to work through past papers, sharing techniques to gain full marks for various types of questions. I tend to make use of pictures and diagrams in order to help students visualise aspects of these techniques, though this is very much tailored to the way in which each person learns best.
