Namaste Everyone
My name is Rajesh
Im a Indian Yogi, I provide personal yoga lessons in the comfort of your home/online.
I started yoga practice from 2013 that interest made me to participate in Yoga Competitions I participated upto National Level Yoga Competition in 2015 at Pondichery. After 2019 I decided to teach yoga for students and adults then i completed Yoga teacher training course at Thanjai Tamil University.
I teach Asanas Pranayamas [Breathing techniques] and Meditation which helps to led a healthy life.
I can teach yoga through offline and online for adults and children too.
We shall discuss about yoga and some fitness related things in my sessions
My motive is to connect many people as possible through yoga.

My aim is to create health awareness through yoga, Practicing yoga regularly helps to increase your memory power, concentration, physical fitness and mind relaxation, I can teach yoga for both adults and children too.
In my session I start with asanas and finish with Pranayamas.In some sessions I discuss about some health related things also.
