You may be going through an emotionally difficult stage right now. You may have no one to turn to or you may not want to disturb them. I'm not a psychologist, but you may just need a listening voice or a friendly voice right now. And that's what I can be for you.

You may be estranged from your friends, you may not have them, you may not want to disturb them or you may not have the courage to tell them certain things. I will be there for you.
Have a small problem or a big doesn't matter, a problem is a problem and that is enough to ask for help or want to solve it.
(Making a call to a self-help line (such as the Esperanza phone in Spain) is also a very good solution).
