About Manish

I am a software engineer with over 14 years of experience building and supporting large-scale software applications. I graduated from BIT with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, driven by a passion for software development, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Throughout my career, I have worked with leading technology companies, gained expertise in software engineering and system design, and taken on responsibilities involving mentoring, guiding, and supporting fellow engineers.

My professional interests have evolved from developing individual applications to understanding how complex systems interact to deliver meaningful business outcomes. I enjoy breaking down challenging concepts, sharing practical knowledge, and helping others develop their technical and problem-solving skills.

Teaching and mentoring have always been important to me. I believe in making complex topics easier to understand through practical examples, structured learning, and real-world experiences. My goal is to help learners build strong fundamentals, gain confidence, and grow into capable, independent professionals.

My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, developing problem-solving skills, and connecting theoretical concepts with real-world applications. With over 13 years of software engineering experience, I bring practical industry knowledge into my teaching.

Students then participate in guided exercises and independent problem-solving activities. I conclude with a summary of key takeaways, feedback, and answers to questions to reinforce learning.
