I have over four years of experience in teaching young people from 11-18, with a proven record of attaining excellent outcomes for all young people I teach. This is a reflection of my ability to tailor learning experiences and deliver feedback based on individual learner needs.
As Head of Department I have thorough and in depth knowledge of the Pearson Edexcel exam board assessment specification and standards. I have a wealth of resources available to support you or your child, and lead with a positive approach.
Specifically, my strategy for raising attainment is to focus on key exam skills and improved vocabulary to access the highest marks possible in exams. Success in this approach has been proven in my attainment records, with 100% A*-C passes in A-Level Politics and 91% 4-9 passes in GCSE Citizenship in the 2023 cohort.
