About Pan
I previously worked in the financial industry in China for many years. During my professional life, I experienced some physical challenges, including night sweats, frequent waking, and early menopausal discomfort. Various treatments helped only temporarily.
Several years ago, I began practicing traditional Chinese standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang) and quiet sitting. Through consistent practice, I experienced significant improvements, including my sleep became stable, night sweats disappeared, and my body and mind grew calmer and more balanced. These practices became an essential support in my midlife transition.
Now, I share these gentle and accessible methods with beginners—especially women who want to improve sleep, reduce stress, and feel more grounded in everyday life. My teaching style is warm, patient, and easy to follow. I believe that the body has its own natural ability to rebalance, and simple practices, done consistently, can lead to meaningful change.

My lessons focus on gentle standing meditation (Zhan Zhuang) and mindful breathing, designed especially for beginners who want to improve their sleep, reduce stress, and feel more balanced in daily life.
I teach simple but powerful practices that anyone can follow. Through relaxed standing postures and quiet sitting, students gradually learn how to calm the mind, soften the body, and build natural internal strength.
I discovered these practices several years ago, and they have deeply changed my own life. I used to wake up at night, sweat during sleep, and struggle with menopausal discomfort. Western and Chinese treatments helped a little, but the results were not lasting. After I started practicing standing meditation and sitting mindfulness, my sleep improved, night sweats disappeared, and my overall wellbeing became stable and strong. These practices became my best support during the transition of menopause.
My teaching style is warm, patient, and beginner-friendly.
You don’t need any prior experience—just comfortable clothing and an open mind.
