About Madison
Hi there! I'm glad you found me. Yoga found me earlier this year when I happened upon a small studio in Bend, Oregon. I kept going back for the benefits I felt in my mind, body, and spirit. I was craving to learn more about myself and how to manage my stress and anxiety. I absolutely adored my teacher and community and decided it was time, although mid pandemic, to dive in deeper into the teachings of yoga.
I am a certified 200 hour Yoga Teacher via Yoga Alliance and Floating Yoga School. It genuinely makes me excited to introduce you to the lifestyle that changed my life.
