About Simran
I am a German language learner and tutor who has personally studied German from the A1 level up to B1 with a strong focus on grammar clarity, sentence structure, and exam-oriented preparation. Because I learned the language step by step myself, I clearly understand the common difficulties students face while learning German, especially at the beginner and intermediate levels. My background in nursing has helped me develop a disciplined, structured, and patient approach to teaching. I believe in explaining concepts logically rather than encouraging rote memorization. I focus on building strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation, which are essential for Goethe A1–B1 examinations. I continue to improve my own German skills daily and stay connected with the exam pattern and learner challenges. My goal as a tutor is to help students understand German clearly, gain confidence in speaking and writing, and prepare effectively for their Goethe exams.

I teach German the same structured and practical way in which I learned it myself. My learning approach was based on building strong foundations from A1 and A2 before moving to B1, with a clear focus on grammar logic, sentence structure, and exam-relevant vocabulary.
In my classes, we do not memorize blindly. I explain why German sentences are formed in a certain way, especially topics such as verb position (SVO), cases (Akkusativ & Dativ), separable and inseparable verbs, reflexive verbs, and frequently used exam patterns.
My lessons are fully Goethe A1–B1 exam oriented, covering:
Grammar with simple explanations
Sentence formation and writing (Schreiben)
Reading strategies (Lesen)
Speaking practice (Sprechen) with confidence building
Common exam mistakes and how to avoid them
I learned German using a combination of structured online learning, daily practice, and continuous revision, and I follow the same method with my students. Each class is interactive, concept-based, and adapted to the student’s level.
My goal is to help students understand German clearly, not just pass the exam, but actually use the language with confidence.
