About Myra
I bring over 3 years of teaching programming experience to help students achieve their goals in coding. I specialize in languages such as Python, Java, and C++, and I adapt my teaching style to suit both beginners and advanced learners. My lessons are structured, clear, and filled with coding demonstrations. I focus on building a solid foundation in algorithms, functions, and object-oriented programming. Debugging and problem-solving are core parts of my sessions, as I believe they sharpen critical thinking. I also use real-world projects to show how code works outside of theory. For exam preparation, I guide students through past paper practice and timed problem sets. Many of my learners enjoy the balance between theory and hands-on application. I encourage students to ask questions and think independently while coding. My approach makes even the most complex concepts manageable. My teaching approach encourages students to learn programming through hands-on exploration and continuous practice. Instead of relying only on reading or listening, students write code in every session, ensuring active learning and practical understanding. I begin with clear explanations and then guide learners through progressively challenging exercises that build confidence and skill step by step.
I use real-life scenarios, such as building simple applications or automating everyday tasks, to make programming more practical and engaging. I focus on developing curiosity and encouraging students to experiment with their own ideas. For exam-focused learners, I provide structured practice and past-paper questions to strengthen preparation.
