About Working
I am Chandni Sudharsan, coming with 4 years of experience in teaching. I have helped many students to understand the concepts well. Studying with me will make the student more comfortable in asking questions. I will understand the student pace. If the student is very slow learner, we cannot rush up. If the student is fast learner, then if I teach him very slowly, then he will get bored. Understanding the students plays an important role in teaching

First of all, i should get connected nicely with the student and the parent. Even if the child is very worst performer i should convey it to the parent in the positive tone. I will use sandwich method while delivering feedback about the child to the parent. Like one improvement tone and two positives about the child. Later, I should explain about the course and its benefits. And also briefly about what will be the improvement in the child once the child pursue the course.
