About Nadia

I have been playing the Violin since I was a child, and have achieved Grade 8 with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music whilst at school. I was involved in several orchestras growing up and have played in the Royal Albert Hall as a result.

I currently work in a Children's hospital but teach the Violin and Music Theory in the evenings, the weekends or on alternate Fridays. I teach beginners of all age and hope to make the lessons fun and enjoyable.

I am experienced in children and young people with additional needs, so if you have a query about the teaching style that is required for yourself or your child, please get in touch.

I am a Grade 8 Violinist with Orchestral and solo performance experience, I currently work in a children's hospital and so have extensive experience working with children and those with additional needs.

I teach Violin for beginners and hope every student will enjoy playing! My lessons will be fun and interesting, delivered in a friendly manner, but also challenging enough for each student to want to progress. Typically the first few lessons will involve getting to know the violin, and working on intonation and finger placement. I have a wide range of sheet music and workbooks aimed at beginners, so we will begin to work our way through these together.

I can adapt my lessons to the individuals learning styles and am aware that not everyone learns in the same way. Please get in touch if you are interested in a trial lesson. I'm happy to meet you or your child first to introduce myself!

I am based in the Kilburn area and have a full DBS check.
