My lessons will include a lot of background to my experiences and how I achieved my goals and accomplishments throughout my running career. My lessons will include the scientific explanations behind why your body feels the way it does when you run, and how you should treat and care for your body based off of lots of scientific research and data. My lessons will also include lots of personalized plans to help best an athletes potential.
