I truly am a great teacher. Even though the subject material you are covering may be complicated, I will break it down and explain how you should approach any problem with simplicity and clarity. I know how to explain math concepts to anyone from the ages 5 - 40 and I believe that says a lot about my ability to tutor. I am dedicated and I never give up on my students. I am patient and I will explain a concept over and over again until you get it, that is my goal. I will not only teach you about the concepts, I give other advice related to your success, such as how you should approach your exams, how you can effectively note-take in class, and how you can prepare mentally for a tough class.
Math really is about repetition and practice. I am not going to spend the whole time talking, I will explain whatever you need, but during our time, I will focus on how much practice and the quality of the practice you are doing because that is what will help you succeed.
What makes me a great tutor is that I am here to make you a better student, and that is my primary goal. If we spend time together and I feel that you are not fulling grasping the concepts, I will do work on my own time to provide customized study aids to assist in areas that I feel you need to focus on.
I am a great teacher and I will adapt my teaching approach to accommodate you based on your skill level. I understand that all students are different and everyone learns differently, I consider those things when I decide on how to approach teaching a student.
I am an educator that cares about his students. With everyone I tutored in the past, I follow-up to hear about their exam results and I like to share student success stories to help motivate any new students that I work with.
