About Jinx
I am an online English tutor with a strong passion for supporting students with IEPs. This work is personal to me because I had an IEP throughout my own school experience. With the support of a dedicated teacher who never gave up on me, I learned how to overcome challenges and went on to graduate with good grades and confidence in my abilities. That experience shaped who I am today. I now strive to be that same source of encouragement and patience for young learners, helping them build skills, confidence, and a belief in themselves through individualized, supportive instruction.

My lessons are patient, structured, and encouraging, especially for students with IEPs. I understand their needs personally because I had an IEP in school myself. Thanks to a teacher who never gave up on me, I graduated with strong grades and confidence. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style, break concepts into manageable steps, and celebrate progress. My goal is to provide the same passion, consistency, and belief that helped me succeed, so students feel supported, capable, and motivated to reach their full potential.
