About Alex
I am a college graduate who was an active veterinary nurse for three years. I looked at different types of animals, their blood and different bodily fluids, which is kind of gross, but it means I can visualize things really well and show you what I see. I know how healthy cells, organs, organ systems and organisms are supposed to function, and can describe and draw each and every one of them down to the very cell. This is how I always love to learn. I love everything science, but I have a particular passion for anatomy, physiology, microbiology, neurology, and psychology.

I can make learning fun and I have a lot of passion for science and biology. I have lots and lots of real-world experience and fun stories that I'd love to share with my students. I am a decent artist as well, so I can draw diagrams and images to help students break complex topics into smaller concepts, making them easier to understand. I have experience as an ABA therapist, and being neurodivergent myself, I am confident in my abilities to teach anyone of any learning style.
