About Isabelle
As an art graduate with a specialization in art education, I have the backing of a variety of studio experiences as well as a strong knowledge in education with a student-focused view on learning. I believe art is an important skill to carry with us through life, as it can help build critical thinking skills, learning how to communicate both verbally and symbolically, and how to look inward to work through emotions. I view art as a holistic practice in the way we get physical and mental stimulation through the practice of it, but it can also just be a calming experience to recenter ourselves.

I am well experienced in art, including drawing, printmaking, building skills required for art school, and many others. As an experienced art educator, I am fully prepared to teach a variety of teaching styles and easily adapt to different art pedagogies and learning abilities. I have worked with all grade levels and have a large library of lessons to build off of, to create a personalized learning approach.
