I use a down-to-earth method where we tackle one concept at a time to insure a strong understanding before building on those ideas.
A typical lesson will consist of overviewing the topic and what it is used for, teaching the methods for solving and trying practice problems with and without my assistance.
Throughout my years studying mathematics I noticed many teachers were very robotic in their teaching methods. As a tutor, I try and connect with each student and find out where the gaps are in their education so that they can succeed.
These lessons are for anyone who is struggling in Arithmetic, Algebra, or Geometry.
