About Jonathan
I have spent 5 years working in a out-patient testing lab and an additional 2 years supervising the same lab. I have taught and trained many newly graduated students who struggled with daily tasks due to a lack of fundamental understanding of simple biological concepts.
A major challenge in teaching these students was the additional stress of facing termination due to their initial performance. Finding ways to simplify topics they struggled with was key to properly disseminate key concepts.
