About Yami
I've been tutoring since I was 15 years old, giving me years of experience helping students build confidence and succeed academically. Having also worked with tutors myself, I understand the tutoring experience from both the student's and the tutor's perspective, which helps me create supportive and effective learning environments. During college, I organized study groups and provided one-on-one tutoring for my peers. After graduating, I had the rewarding opportunity to support homeschooling and tutoring within my family and local community. I have worked with students ages 5–15, with the majority of my experience focused on elementary-aged learners. I'm passionate about meeting each student where they are and helping them reach their full potential.
