About Russell
Welcome! Tackling tough subjects can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to figure everything out on your own. My goal is simple: take confusing topics, strip away the academic jargon, and explain things in plain English until they finally click. I do not lecture or hand out answers for you to memorize. Instead, we work side by side like a team. We pinpoint exactly where you are getting stuck, walk through everyday examples, and practice together until you feel fully confident tackling problems solo. With a solid academic background and years of experience guiding students through demanding coursework, I bring dependable, patient, and professional support to every single session. Whether you are navigating high school, college classes, or adult education, you will find an encouraging, judgment-free space dedicated to helping you succeed.

I teach by having conversations, not giving boring lectures.
Instead of handing you answers to memorize, I ask simple questions that help you connect the dots and figure things out on your own.A normal lesson starts with clearing up whatever is tripping you up. Next, we break the big idea into plain English with real-life examples, practice a few problems together, and finish by having you explain it back so it actually sticks. What makes this work is honest coaching that treats you like an equal, showing you why things work instead of just handing out test shortcuts. These lessons are built for high schoolers, college students, and everyday adults who need help making tough school subjects, data, or big writing projects feel straightforward and manageable.
