About Fope
I have a degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and have a very strong academic record with A*s and As at A-Level and GCSE. I am an award-winning writer and have had my poetry featured on the BBC.
I specialise in English Literature and English Language, but also offer lessons in French, History, and Government and Politics up to A Level.

As a Cambridge graduate, my sessions model the tutorial/supervision teaching style that Oxbridge is famous for, and thus I provide rigorous and thought-provoking lessons. I encourage my students to engage in new and unexpected patterns of thinking.
Practice is essential to growth and so I endeavour to keep my sessions as interactive as possible. What makes me a strong tutor is that I have the powerful duo of both an analytical and creative mind. I am thorough and pay close attention to detail – I know how to work effectively and with pace towards targets and goals. At the same time, I am unafraid to think outside of the box and often find connections between the content I teach and the personal interests of my pupils.
