About Coby
I have worked as not only a tutor for electrical engineering courses, but I have also tutored math. I started tutoring engineering courses (Circuit Analysis as well as Signals & Systems) Fall 2020, and I did that until I graduated Fall 2021. I then worked as a math instructor at Sylvan Learning Center for 8 months before I moved to pursue my Master's. I am currently a math tutor at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. Throughout my experience as math tutor and instructor. I have worked with students with a wide range of understanding. I helped students struggling with elementary level math, and I have worked with students struggling with Calculus. I am looking forward to improving the math abilities of any student.

I received my Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Tech (Fall 2021), and then received my Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville (Fall 2024). I am currently pursuing a PhD in math from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville.
I not only want to help you and improve your math abilities, but I also want to show you the wonderful uses and application that math has. When I am teaching, I do my best to relate to the student and explicitly explain what is going on, and how to properly solve the problems.
