About Giahan
I graduated with a B.S and M.S degree Chemical Engineering and minored in Mathematics at the University of California, San Diego. With a total of three years of tutoring experience at the grade school and university level, I have found that every student has a unique learning style. It is my goal to build on each student's strengths and help them improve useful skills such as problem solving and critical thinking. I have a passion for math and science which I aim to share with students I work with.

My teaching method can be described as interactive and student-focused. Every student has their strengths and skills they want to improve on. My lesson plans are customized to each student's learning style and aim to advance their understanding of the material. Generally, students would begin solving the problem on their own and I would give guidance/hints when they're stuck.
